There are several hotels near the conference venue Kambaikan (1.0-1.4 km away), between Imadegawa Station and Marutamachi Station.
The main hotel of ISCC-10 is Kyoto Garden Palace, where welcome mixer and banquet will be held. Kyoto Garden Palace, 12-min walk to the venue, is located in front of the Imperial Palace and provides a limited number of confortable rooms with the best discount price. The reservation is on a first-come-first-served basis. Booking can be made by sending the completed reservation form to Kyoto Garden Palace directly.

In case you have heavy luggage, you may take a taxi from JR Kyoto Station because the hotel is located between Subway Marutamachi Station and Imadegawa Station (8-min walk from either station).
Note: September 23rd is a national holiday in Japan and booking a room from the night of 22nd can thus be competitive. Early booking is recommended.
