All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received by the Chairman on or before the dates mentioned below.
If cancellation is received on or before July 10th, 2013, a 70% of the payment will be returned.
No refund will be possible for cancellation received on or after July 1st, 2013.
Refunds will be made after the symposium.
