Kyoto TERRSA is located in the south part of Kyoto City, and is accessible on foot from "Kujo" station of the Kyoto Subway Karasuma line, "Toji" station of Kintetsu Railway Kyoto line, and "Kyoto" station of Japan Railways (JR).
